I have been practicing chiropractic for 18 years. I am a life long learner and completed a Bachelors of Science before graduating from Western States Chiropractic College in 2006. Most recently, I received a Masters in Aging and Health at Queen’s University. While in the program I focused my research on the efficacy of chiropractic treatment on a common cause of benign vertigo. I treat patients of all ages and have a special interest in caring for aging populations.
I am trained in a number of effective and gentle techniques that reduce pain and improve function.
I love to be active and enjoy weight lifting, hiking, mountain biking, and racing my car around the track in Calabogie.
